Enrichment Grant Guidelines The child must be in the foster care system in Kitsap County. As program expands we will be able to assist children in other regions. Eligible activities: Seasonal sports fees, sports equipment, swimming lessons, summer camp, prom tickets, school pictures, ASB cards. Enrichment project does not reimburse for prior personal expenditures. Ineligible for funding: clothing, shoes, school supplies, beds, car seats, toys, computers, IPODS, electronic games.
