SeaStar Enrichment Project

Every year  we meet children who have never had a birthday party.

Biological children take many things for granted, like school pictures and sports programs. Or, family vacations and camping trips. Many foster kids never enjoy these kinds of activities.

Throughout the year SeaStar provides funding for enrichment or milestone activities for foster children in Kitsap County, Washington.

  Enrichment/Milestone activities are defined as:

     Seasonal sports fees

     Sport equipment

     Swimming lessons

     Summer camp

     Prom Tickets

     Year books

     School pictures

Not eligible are:  clothing, school supplies, beds, car seats, computers, toys, electronic games, IPODs, MP3 players.
